Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jlj3 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlj3 online gaming platform available at jlj3.net.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on jlj3, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Eligibility

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jlj3 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection.

Account Registration

To access the full features of jlj3, including real-money gaming, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.

• Single Account Rule: Each person may register only one account on jlj3. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your jlj3 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlj3 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jlj3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jlj3's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jlj3 account in real time. In cases of technical delay, please contact jlj3 support with your transaction reference number.
• jlj3 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• jlj3 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jlj3 may request government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jlj3 account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.
• jlj3 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing verification, investigation, or compliance review.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the User.

Bonuses & Promotions

jlj3 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. jlj3 reserves the right to limit or withdraw bonus eligibility where abuse is suspected.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Game Restrictions: Certain bonuses may only be used on specific games or game categories. Where applicable, these restrictions will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jlj3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to correct any errors in promotion terms.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, hedging, or other abusive strategies will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available on jlj3 — including Pool Rummy, Teen Patti 20-20, Crazy 777, Jurassic Kingdom, Supermarket Spree, West Hunter Bingo, and Crickex — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generation: Where applicable, jlj3 games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. jlj3 does not manipulate game results in favor of the platform or any individual user.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, jlj3 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the user's account. jlj3 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Disconnection: jlj3 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the user's end. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the decision of jlj3's technical team shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jlj3 games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the jlj3 platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jlj3 software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlj3 staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single account rule;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your jlj3 account by any third party, including minors.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jlj3 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of jlj3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlj3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jlj3 content without prior written consent;
• Use jlj3 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlj3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlj3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity;
• Loss of data or account access due to technical failure;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance on information provided on the jlj3 platform.

jlj3 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. jlj3 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Privacy & Data

Account Suspension & Termination

jlj3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive or court order requiring account closure;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, jlj3 will return any verified, unencumbered balance to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may close your jlj3 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

Amendments to These Terms

jlj3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlj3 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the jlj3 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jlj3, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jlj3 support. jlj3 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlj3 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
